Report Formatting

Your inspection report will be easy to read and understand. You will receive both an interactive web version of the report as well as a PDF version in the state-mandated format (TREC REI 7-6). While both versions will include all of my comments and images of most, if not all, of our detailed findings and summaries, the web version is easier to navigate and may include videos. The findings will also be broken down by safety hazard, maintenance and defect categories.

Report Delivery

I will be developing your report as we are inspecting your home. Most likely, your report will be available within 24 hours or even before we leave the property. However, it may take up to 48 hours to deliver your report in some cases.
