I am a native Texan and have lived in the Dallas-Ft, Worth area for around fifteen years. I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector, and I have education & experience as a Mechanical Engineer. While I will not be performing an engineering inspection, I will utilize that knowledge and experience to perform a better inspection for you. I will perform the same depth of inspection and provide the same customer service as I would expect my own family to receive. Aside from providing excellent customer service, my goal is to provide you with as much information about your home as I possibly can, even after the inspection report is delivered.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and several years experience as an engineer and consultant. While I will not be performing engineering inspections, I will use this knowledge and experience to perform a better inspection for you.

During my inspections, I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out. From the foundation to the roof, I will be using the latest tools and technology to help deliver the best inspection possible.
